Xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống QA/QC theo ISO 9001, ISO 3834, EN 1090; lập mục tiêu, KPI chất lượng.Builds and maintains the QA/QC system to ISO 9001, ISO 3834 and EN 1090; sets quality objectives and KPIs.

Phê duyệt Quality Plan, QAP, ITP, QCP, WPS/PQR/WPQ và yêu cầu kiểm soát chất lượng từng dự án.Approves the Quality Plan, QAP, ITP, QCP and WPS/PQR/WPQ, and the quality control requirements of each project.

Quản lý, phân bổ và đào tạo nhân sự QA/QC; điều phối với Sản xuất, PMD, Kỹ thuật, Mua hàng.Manages, assigns and trains QA/QC personnel; coordinates with Production, PMD, Engineering and Procurement.

Chỉ đạo xử lý NCR nghiêm trọng, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc và triển khai CAPA.Directs the handling of major NCRs, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

Chủ trì audit khách hàng/TPI/chứng nhận, đánh giá thầu phụ và đơn vị NDT; báo cáo cho Tổng Giám đốc.Hosts customer, TPI and certification audits, evaluates subcontractors and NDT providers; reports to the General Director.

Lập và kiểm soát Quality Plan, QAP, ITP, QCP; xác định hold point, witness point, tiêu chí nghiệm thu.Prepares and controls the Quality Plan, QAP, ITP and QCP; defines hold points, witness points and acceptance criteria.

Thực hiện đánh giá nội bộ, process audit; theo dõi finding và hành động khắc phục đến khi đóng.Carries out internal and process audits; tracks findings and corrective actions through to closure.

Quản lý hệ thống NCR/CAPA: ban hành, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc, đánh giá hiệu lực khắc phục.Runs the NCR/CAPA system: issuance, root cause analysis and verification of corrective effectiveness.

Điều phối audit của khách hàng/TPI; phân tích dữ liệu và đề xuất cải tiến quy trình.Coordinates customer and TPI audits; analyses quality data and proposes process improvements.

Kiểm soát phát hành, sửa đổi, thu hồi tài liệu và revision bản vẽ, specification, quy trình, ITP/QCP.Controls the issue, revision and withdrawal of documents and the revisions of drawings, specifications, procedures and ITP/QCP.

Thu thập, kiểm tra hồ sơ chất lượng từ QC và thầu phụ: MTC, báo cáo NDT, hồ sơ hàn, sơn, nghiệm thu.Collects and checks quality records from QC and subcontractors: MTCs, NDT reports, welding and coating records, inspection records.

Duy trì truy xuất: Dự án – Bản vẽ – Cấu kiện – Vật tư – Kiểm tra – NDT – NCR – Xuất xưởng.Maintains traceability: Project – Drawing – Member – Material – Inspection – NDT – NCR – Delivery.

Lập, cập nhật Quality Dossier/MDR và bàn giao hồ sơ đúng tiến độ từng dự án.Compiles and updates the Quality Dossier/MDR and hands records over on schedule for each project.

Cập nhật bản vẽ, Packing list, BOM; nhập số liệu nghiệm thu hàng ngày và lập báo cáo.Updates drawings, packing lists and BOMs; enters daily inspection data and issues reports.

Kiểm tra vật tư đầu vào: chủng loại, kích thước, chứng chỉ MTC, lấy mẫu thí nghiệm và truy xuất nguồn gốc.Inspects incoming material: grade, dimensions, MTC certificates, test sampling and traceability.

Kiểm tra kích thước hình học trước và sau khi hàn theo MBMA, ASTM, JIS, BS EN.Checks geometric dimensions before and after welding to MBMA, ASTM, JIS and BS EN.

Kiểm soát đường hàn trước – trong – sau khi hàn theo WPS, AWS D1.1/ISO 5817; giám sát NDT.Controls welds before, during and after welding to the WPS and AWS D1.1 / ISO 5817; supervises NDT.

Kiểm tra làm sạch bề mặt, chiều dày màng sơn và mạ kẽm theo SSPC/ISO 8501, ISO 12944, ASTM A123.Inspects surface preparation, coating thickness and galvanizing to SSPC / ISO 8501, ISO 12944 and ASTM A123.

Nghiệm thu cuối, lập NCR, theo dõi rework và hoàn thiện hồ sơ kiểm tra bàn giao cho DC.Performs final inspection, issues NCRs, tracks rework and completes inspection records for handover to DC.
