Trách nhiệm chínhKey responsibilities

Phê duyệt ITP, WPS và hồ sơ chất lượng trước khi phát hành.Approves ITPs, WPSs and quality records before issue.

Điều phối hoạt động hàn theo ISO 14731:2019 — chỉ định WPS, kiểm soát tay nghề thợ hàn.Coordinates welding per ISO 14731:2019 — assigns WPSs, controls welder qualification.

Đại diện phòng làm việc với khách hàng, tư vấn giám sát và tổ chức chứng nhận.Represents the department with customers, supervision consultants and certification bodies.

Quyết định xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp và đóng NCR.Decides disposition of nonconforming product and closes NCRs.

Yêu cầu:Requirements: ≥ 10 năm kết cấu thép · CSWIP 3.1 · NDT MT/UT Level II≥ 10 years in structural steel · CSWIP 3.1 · NDT MT/UT Level II

Lập ITP, biểu mẫu kiểm tra và hồ sơ chất lượng theo yêu cầu dự án.Prepares ITPs, inspection forms and quality records per project requirements.

Kiểm soát tài liệu, phiên bản bản vẽ và truy xuất vật tư.Controls documents, drawing revisions and material traceability.

Theo dõi hiệu chuẩn thiết bị đo và lưu trữ hồ sơ.Tracks measuring-equipment calibration and record archiving.

Chuẩn bị hồ sơ nghiệm thu bàn giao (Data Book).Compiles the handover Data Book.

Yêu cầu:Requirements: ≥ 3 năm QA hệ thống · nắm ISO 9001 và tiêu chuẩn dự án≥ 3 years system QA · fluent in ISO 9001 and project standards

QC Inspector

Trách nhiệm chínhKey responsibilities

Nghiệm thu vật tư đầu vào, tổ hợp và fit-up tại xưởng.Inspects incoming materials, assembly and fit-up in the workshop.

Kiểm tra ngoại quan mối hàn; thực hiện MT/UT theo tỷ lệ trong ITP.Performs weld visual inspection; runs MT/UT at ITP-specified rates.

Đo chiều dày màng sơn khô, độ sạch và độ nhám bề mặt.Measures dry film thickness, surface cleanliness and roughness.

Lập biên bản từng công đoạn và phát hành NCR khi phát hiện sai lệch.Signs off each stage and raises NCRs when deviations are found.

Yêu cầu:Requirements: ≥ 2 năm giám sát xưởng · chứng chỉ NDT bậc II hoặc tương đương≥ 2 years workshop supervision · NDT Level II or equivalent
